Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
Because many of our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
• Item arrived damaged
• Item is defective or not functioning properly
• Wrong item received
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer
• Minor color or design variations
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control
If your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Once the issue has been verified, we may offer either:
• A replacement item
• A partial refund
• A full refund
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We will review the issue and arrange either a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.
Please note that if tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, Ease Living Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

• Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
• Contact your bank, since refunds can take several business days to appear
